【CNBC】Covid cases could spike if eviction ban is allowed to lapse, experts warn

  • When states allowed their eviction proceedings to continue after temporary bans, research found that coronavirus cases and deaths spiked.
  • That’s because many displaced people double up with family members or friends or are forced to turn to crowded shelters.
  • Now experts say a surge in cases is inevitable if the national ban is allowed to lapse at the end of March.

【World Property Journal】Data Center Demand Explodes in Asia, Reaching Record High Megawatt Absorption

According to CBRE research, Asia Pacific data centre net absorption doubled in 2020, reaching an all-time high - with Tier 1 markets, including Tokyo, Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong SAR, reaching 322 megawatts (MW).

This jump in net absorption was driven by a pandemic-led surge in demand for video conferencing, online schooling, entertainment, social networking and platforms to support remote working - spurring requirements for data storage, computing and networking over the course of 2020.

110年2月景氣對策信號綜合判斷分數為40分,較上月增加3分,燈號轉呈紅燈;景氣領先、同時指標持續上升,反映國內經濟持續走強。
整體經濟表現強勁,除因疫情影響致去年基期較低外,主要受惠新興科技應用、遠距商機需求續強,加上傳產貨品需求持續回溫,2月貿易、生產、銷售及金融面指標持續擴增。
展望未來,隨各國陸續施打疫苗,主要經濟體持續採行寬鬆政策,有利全球經濟回穩,出口動能可望續溫;投資方面,國內半導體、5G、綠能等投資擴增,台商及外商持續加大在台投資,以及公共建設加速執行,均有助推升國內投資動能。此外,國內景氣增溫,國人在國內消費持續成長,民間消費動能亦將回升。惟疫情發展及國際貿易紛爭之不確定因素仍在,恐影響全球經濟復甦步調,仍須審慎關注後續發展,並妥為因應。

【台灣經濟研究院】110年3月景氣動向調查

隨著全球多國開始施打COVID-19 疫苗、防疫措施逐步解封、各大央行續維持寬鬆貨幣政策,以及美國1.9兆美元財政紓困方案順利通過等因素帶動下,全球經濟動能回升。在國內方面,受惠於全球經濟復甦,出口需求增溫,使得製造業廠商看好未來半年景氣表現,不過受到2月工作天數減少影響產出,故製造業廠商對當月景氣看法較為保守。服務業方面,疫情衝擊漸緩,國內消費市場已回到疫情前的水準,加上適逢農曆春節連假,推升民眾購物與出遊聚餐需求,廠商樂觀看待景氣表現。營建業方面,儘管工料吃緊現象尚無法立即解決,但因市場資金動能充裕,對於促參辦理相對有利,預計將釋出更多投資商機,加上政府打炒房、健全房市的機制將有助於排除短期炒作,並有利於房市中長期的發展,使得營建業者樂觀看待未來半年景氣表現。根據本院調查結果,經過模型試算後,2月製造業營業氣候測驗點轉為下滑,服務業測驗點連續三個月上揚,營建業測驗點則結束先前連續三個月下滑態勢轉為上揚。

【臺中市地政局】110年2月土地建物登記統計資訊

110年2月不動產買賣移轉登記案件全市共計3,306件,與110年1月6,282件相較,減少2,976件,減幅47.37%,與去年同期4,278件相較,減少972件,減幅22.72%。其中建物移轉棟數共計2,868棟,與110年1月5,536棟相較,減少2,668棟,減幅48.19%,與去年同期3,797棟相較,減少929棟,減幅24.47%。本月以北屯區631棟為最多,佔全市22%,其次為西屯區346棟,佔全市12.06%,北區201棟排第3,佔全市7.01%。

【Freddie Mac】Confidence in Housing Market High as Concerns about Finances Linger (March 2021)

New Freddie Mac research shows the uncertainty renters and homeowners have about their ability to pay their rent or mortgage during the pandemic. This survey, of which two-thirds of respondents are homeowners and one-third are renters, shows that although homeowners and renters continue to feel the economic pressure of the pandemic, those figures have improved and are down from the all-time high reached in October and November of 2020.

【Zillow】February Existing Home Sales: A Step Back, but a Promising Path Forward

  • February existing home sales fell 6.6% from January, to 6.22 million (SAAR), but were up 9.1% year-over-year according to the National Association of Realtors.
  • The median existing-home price in February was $313,000, up 15.8% from February 2020.
  • There were 1.03 million homes available for sale in February — a record low, largely unchanged from January but down 29.5% from a year ago.

【函釋】都市更新條例第67條第1項第3款規定更新後建築物延長房屋稅減半徵收期限之解釋令

都市更新條例第六十七條第一項第三款規定有關更新前合法建築物所有權人取得更新後建築物者,於同項第二款房屋稅減半徵收二年或於本款延長十年期間內,因死亡而喪失所有權,其得延長房屋稅減半徵收之原因於該所有權人死亡之時即已消滅,其繼承人無本款之適用。
