【中國財經】穩樓市政策效果逐漸顯現:房價環比指標V型回升

中國網財經7月16日訊(記者李春暉)各地接連出台的樓市支持政策逐漸傳導至市場端,影響著房價走勢。15日,國家統計局公佈了6月份70個大中城市房價數據,新房、二手房價格環比上漲城市數量均比上月增加,一線和熱點二線城市領銜復甦。

National property broker Redfin is reporting this week that residential rent increases tapered off in June 2022, with the national median asking rent rising 14% from a year earlier--the smallest annual increase since last October. Asking rents were up 0.7% from May, the smallest month-over-month gain since the start of the year.

【中房研協】環比增長37%!6月百城新房交易築底復甦

上海易居房地產研究院近日發布的《百城新房成交報告》顯示,6月份全國100個城市新建商品住宅成交面積為2837萬平方米,環比增長37%,同比下降34%。

報告認為,本輪樓市降溫始於去年6月,至今年4月總體上呈現了降幅持續擴大的態勢。從今年5月份開始扭轉這一態勢,隨著6月份降幅繼續收窄,樓市復蘇跡象愈加明顯。

6月,房地產政策環境持續改善。中央層面,央行貨幣政策委員會召開2022年第二季度例會再次重申,要維護住房消費者合法權益,更好滿足購房者合理住房需求,促進房地產市場健康發展和良性循環。央行副行長、國家外匯管理局局長潘功勝表示,我國城鎮化仍處於發展階段,居民家庭改善性住房需求潛力較大,租購併舉的發展模式有很大的發展空間。下一步,人民銀行將繼續堅持“房住不炒”定位,按照探索新發展模式的要求,因城施策實施好差別化住房信貸政策,促進房地產市場平穩健康發展。
