Property data company ATTOM just released its second-quarter 2022 report analyzing qualified low-income Opportunity Zones targeted by Congress for economic redevelopment in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
According to the Mortgage Bankers Association's latest National Delinquency Survey, delinquency rates for mortgage loans on one-to-four-unit residential properties decreased to a seasonally adjusted rate of 3.64 percent of all loans outstanding at the end of the second quarter of 2022.

1—7月份，房地產開發企業房屋施工面積859194萬平方米，同比下降3.7%。其中，住宅施工面積607029萬平方米，下降3.8%。房屋新開工面積76067萬平方米，下降36.1%。其中，住宅新開工面積55919萬平方米，下降36.8%。房屋竣工面積32028萬平方米，下降23.3%。其中，住宅竣工面積23279萬平方米，下降22.7%。
Mortgage rates increased last week, reversing direction after several weeks of declines.Comments from Federal Reserve members early in the week started moving interest rates higher, as they messaged that there is still much work to be done in taming inflation. Jobs data late in the week was much stronger than market expectations, a signal that the Federal Reserve will likely need to continue aggressive actions to slow economic growth and reign in inflationary pressures.
8月10日，國家統計局公佈7月份全國居民消費價格指數(CPI),2022年7月份，全國居民消費價格同比上漲2.7%，環比上漲0.5%。其他七大類價格中居住價格同比上漲0.7%，環比持平。
2022年8月1日-2022年8月7日，迎來深圳、天津、濟南等城市年內第二批次集中出讓。在此影響下，重點監測城市的土地成交規模環比上周大幅上漲，但平均地價卻因主力成交城市的改變而大幅回落。市場熱度方面，由於深圳此次土拍熱度仍在高位，濟南、天津也在土地出讓門檻降低、供地結構優化等措施下土拍熱度較首輪迴溫，因此本週重點監測城市的溢價率得以環比上漲。
