【工商時報】預售屋契約有雷!消保處提醒民眾這2點

消保處簡任秘書陳星宏指出,為了解建商對「平均地權條例」及「預售屋買賣定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」遵循狀況,消保處會同內政部地政司及各地方政府地政局處辦理「111年度預售屋買賣定型化契約查核」。本次共計查核50個建案,每建案均查核「房地面積誤差及其價款找補」、「驗收」及「違約之處罰」等15項目。查核建案名稱及不符合規定之違規項目,詳如查核結果彙整表。

【經濟日報】房貸補貼3萬 申請資格條件一次看

按照內政部的規劃,申請資格條件為,僅有一筆自用性質購置住宅貸款,名下持有房屋一戶以內,且110年家戶所得合計在120萬以內,原始核貸金額台北市850萬(總價約1,200萬元)以下,其他縣市700萬元(總價約1,000萬元)以下,即符合資格,資格基準是為112年2月28日為基準日,每戶將撥付一次性補助款3萬元。
