【CNBC】The Fed just hiked interest rates and signaled more increases are coming. Here are money moves to make now

or the first time in years, Americans are in a period of rising interest rates.

The Federal Reserve on Wednesday raised its benchmark rate a half-point, to cool down inflation that’s the highest consumers have seen in 40 years. In addition, Fed Chair Jerome Powell signaled more half-point increases are on the table for all remaining meetings this year.

【CRIC】二手房週報| 節前周成交環比降11%,深蘇同比跌幅收窄超20百分點

“五一”假期前一周,10個CRIC重點監測城市二手住房成交面積合計117.8萬平方米,環比降11%與第16週持平,同比降幅顯著收窄至28%,成交短期回調但仍處於年內較高水平。 

 一線和二線城市本周環比回落但成交熱度不減。環比僅蘇州上漲、佛山持平;同比來看,東莞正增58%,深圳、廈門和蘇州降幅均有明顯收窄。除杭州受疫情影響,其餘9城成交規模較年內周平均均有大幅上漲。

【NAR】First Quarter of 2022 Brings Double-Digit Price Appreciation for 70% of Metros

  • Amid rising mortgage rates and a decline in home sales, more metro areas – 70% of 185– recorded a double-digit annual increase in their median single-family existing-home sales price (66% in the prior quarter).
  • The median sales price of single-family existing homes rose at a faster pace of 15.7%, to $368,200 (14.3% in the previous quarter).
  • With sustained price appreciation and higher mortgage rates, affordability worsened in the first quarter; monthly mortgage payments rose on a typical existing single-family home with a 20% down payment. 

【新北市地政局】新北市111年4月份房市交易移轉棟數減少4.6%

新北市政府地政局表示,111年4月房市交易移轉棟數共計6,113棟,較111年3月減少293棟,減少幅度4.6%。

其中交易移轉棟數以板橋區、五股區、三重區減少較多,與111年3月相較分別減少282棟、201棟、96棟,分析原因係因新成屋移轉棟數減少所致。另以交易案件量來看,新北市111年4月交易件數為6,453件,較111年3月減少376件,減少幅度5.5%。
