【新浪地產】35城住房租賃價格指數連漲三個月,但仍有過半城市下跌

近日,由易居企業集團、上海易居房地產研究院、華東師範大學東方房地產研究院三方共同發布的《中國城市住房租賃價格指數報告》顯示,2022年8月,中國城市租賃價格指數為1031.9點,較上月上升1.5點,環比上漲0.14%,同比跌幅0.71%。

【每日經濟新聞】財政部、稅務總局支持居民換購住房,符合條件者全部退還已繳納的個人所得稅

9月30日,財政部、稅務總局發布《關於支持居民換購住房有關個人所得稅政策的公告》(以下簡稱《公告》),對購置住房者的個人所得稅優惠作了規定,符合條件者“全部退還已繳納的個人所得稅”。

《公告》規定,“自2022年10月1日至2023年12月31日,對出售自有住房並在現住房出售後1年內在市場重新購買住房的納稅人,對其出售現住房已繳納的個人所得稅予以退稅優惠。”

According to new research by global property consultant CBRE, foreign commercial real estate investment in Japan significantly declined in 2022, primarily due to limited availability. 

CBRE further reports inbound investment into Japan was $2.38 billion in H1 2022. While investor demand remained strong, the limited number of properties available for purchase constrained investment volume.

【中房研協】北京出台換房新政,打通二手房交易堵點

9月23日,北京市住建委和市規自委印發《關於試行存量房交易“連環單”業務並行辦理的通知》(下稱《通知》),表示為提高存量房屋交易效率,支持購房家庭合理住房需求,北京市試行存量房交易“連環單”業務並行辦理。“連環單”是指在同一時期內,購房家庭先出售名下住房,再次購買住房的交易業務。

【CRIC】15城二手成交環比增19%,杭寧等漲幅超30%

15個重點監測城市成交145萬平方米。成都和大連恢復成交備案後,帶動整體市場規模回升,較第36周和第35週分別上漲19%和下降2%。規模回升至較高水平,同比上漲98%。

具體來看,一線城市成交規模環比再升,北京和深圳在整體持穩的基礎上環比再生29%和8%。二三線城市環比普漲,前兩週階段回調後,本週杭州、博山、資陽、寶雞等環比漲幅均超50%。
