11月9日,中債信用增進投資股份公司官網發布《關於接收民營企業債券融資支持工具房企增信業務材料的通知》顯示,為進一步推動民營企業債券融資支持工具工作,加大對民營房地產企業增信服務力度,意向民營房地產企業可通過填寫《項目需求意向表》向中債信用增進公司提出增信需求,公司將在收到郵件後3個工作日內予以郵件反饋。
進入11月,上海開始對《上海市住房租賃條例(草案)》公開徵求意見,這是繼北京之後,又一個規範住房租賃、長租公寓等租賃業態發展的地方性條例,其中在住房租賃價格管理一項中,明確住房租金顯著上漲或者有可能顯著上漲時,可以依法採取漲價申報、限定租金或者租金漲幅等價格干預措施,穩定租金水平。
Persimmon, Britain’s biggest housebuilder by market value, saw its shares drop sharply this morning as it warned that it’s going to “implement a new capital allocation policy” — ie cut the dividend — as costs mount and sales fall. Sales are down from 0.78 a week this time last year, to an average of 0.48 in the last six weeks. Cancellation rates have shot up to 28% in the past six weeks, from 21% in the 12 weeks prior to that. Rivals Barratt and Bellway were also downbeat when they updated last month.
According to national property broker Redfin, twenty-nine percent of U.S. single-family homes for sale in the third quarter of 2022 were new construction - the highest share of any third quarter on record. That's up from 25% in the third quarter of 2021 and 18% in the third quarter of 2020.
According to a new CBRE survey, economic headwinds in 2022 have failed to dampen lender interest in Australian real estate, with industrial assets garnering the most attention. CBRE Research tapped a mix of 43 local and international banks and non-bank lenders for its Q4 2022 Lender Sentiment Survey, with 44% expressing a desire to grow their commercial loan books.
