央行降準，如期而至。11月25日，央行宣布，於2022年12月5日降低金融機構存款準備金率0.25個百分點（不含已執行5%存款準備金率的金融機構）。本次下調後，金融機構加權平均存款準備金率約為7.8%。

House prices in the UK fell last month by 1.4%. That’s the second monthly drop in a row, at least according to Nationwide. 土地市場：本週重點城市土地總供應面積696.3萬平方米，環比減少1.4%；總成交面積163.1萬平方米，環比減少49.5%；成交總金額229.2億元，環比減少39.8%，成交土地均價4109元/平方米，環比下降60.1%。
