Ireland property portal Daft.ie's newly released Property Sales Report says the number of homes listed for sale in Ireland has fallen dramatically, in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic and the restrictions of everyday life. There were just under 1,300 properties posted for sale nationwide between March 15 and March 28, 2020, half the total for the same two-week period a year earlier.

二、旨揭貸款之基準利率配合中華郵政股份有限公司2年期定期儲金額度未達新臺幣500萬元機動利率 自109年3月25日起，由1.095%調降為0.845% ；另實施期程因應行政院109年3月24日宣布「政府挺你安心防疫」政策之公股銀行利率調降措施，鑑於青年安心成家購屋優惠貸款屬自用住宅範疇，其利率於109年4月1日至同年9月30日止，再調降0.25%。
3月，房地產市場緩步復甦，供求同比跌幅由上月的7成收窄至3成。一線城市供應低迷，成交全線回落，但同比跌幅均在收窄;二三線城市供求皆有所好轉,成都、杭州、昆明等成交率先回升;二手房市場雖同比下跌，但南京、深圳率先恢復至常態。土地成交量價齊跌、溢價率小幅上行，主因杭州、成都等熱點城市時有優質地塊高溢價出讓。
2020年一季度，受疫情影響，我國經濟面臨較大挑戰，中央保持房地產調控定力，堅持“房住不炒”定位不變，不將房地產作為短期刺激經濟的手段，保持房地產金融政策的連續性、一致性和穩定性，促進房地產市場平穩運行。

The March jobs report was the latest in a string of depressing data releases, and even so likely underestimates the damage still to come. Typically lower-paying sectors suffered the most damage, with leisure and hospitality taking the biggest blow. And activity in the U.S. service sector – about 80% of the economy – is now firmly in decline.
