【中新經緯】中國下半年10地出台租房新規,6地長租公寓迎強監管

  中新經緯客戶端12月4日電(熊思怡張猛)12月1日起,新版《廣州市房屋租賃管理規定》實施,新版規定提出,廣州市人民政府應通過多種方式鼓勵住房租賃消費,培育和發展住房租賃市場。

  然而,近期各地長租公寓“跑路”事件屢有發生。天眼查專業版數據顯示,以工商登記為準,全國目前已經註銷或吊銷的長租公寓相關企業約有170家,佔相關企業總量的15%。

  如何順利租到“放心房”,成為超2億租客乃至監管部門關注重點。據不完全統計,2020年下半年已有深圳、杭州、武漢、成都、重慶、西安等多地發布加強住房租賃市場監管新規。

【人民網】推動物業發展社區養老打造“互聯網+養老”模式

  住房和城鄉建設部、國家發改委等六部門近日印發《關於推動物業服務企業發展居家社區養老服務的意見》(以下簡稱《意見》),要求充分發揮物業服務企業常駐社區、貼近居民、響應快速等優勢,推動和支持物業服務企業積極探索“物業服務+養老服務”模式,切實增加居家社區養老服務有效供給,更好滿足廣大老年人日益多樣化多層次的養老服務需求,著力破解高齡、空巢、獨居、失能老年人生活照料和長期照護難題,促進家庭幸福、鄰里和睦、社區和諧。

  《意見》共提出十九條措施,包括補齊居家社區養老服務設施短板、推行“物業服務+養老服務”居家社區養老模式、豐富居家社區養老服務內容、積極推進智慧居家社區養老服務、完善監督管理和激勵扶持五方面內容。
