根據數字科技旗下591新建案統計,今年全台總銷金額爆出新台幣2.56兆元天量,年增23%,再破歷史新高;個案數、戶數皆較去年成長逾2成。新案平均開價每坪攻上6字頭,平均成交價來到56.98萬元,但年漲幅僅5.4%。

台灣經濟發展研究中心27日發佈 2024 年 12 月的消費者信心指數 (CCI),與台灣房屋集團合作調查的「購買房地產時機」指標,12 月調查結果為 99.84 點,較上月下降 0.55 點,分數下滑的幅度雖然不大,但指標跌破 100 點創近 52 個月新低,信心指數由樂觀轉為悲觀,年底房市也從傳統旺季變為一片冰天雪地。
