　　《百城住宅成交監測報告》指出，今年1月1日-23日，全國100城新建商品住宅成交面積為1757萬平方米。對比2021年12月1日-23日，下跌20%。對比2021年1月1日-23日，下跌44%。據此推算，今年1月份全國百城新房交易行情較為疲軟，預計全月環比下跌約2成，同比下跌約4成。需要說明的是，同比下跌幅度之所以這麼大，和2021年同期的基期值較高有關。去年1月份全國各地房屋銷售行情其實還不錯，所以使得今年1月份的同比跌幅較大。

　　報告對全國重點省份新建商品住宅交易行情進行統計，分別包括山東、江蘇、浙江、福建、廣東、四川等六省。需要說明的是，這裡所指的省份數據，其實是各省納入百城監測名單的城市加總數據。數據顯示，四川省(包括成都、南充、德陽和資陽四個城市)今年1月1日-23日成交環比增速為5%，同比增速為-11%。對比其他五個省份，四川住宅交易行情明顯較好。而浙江省(包括15個城市)的壓力較大，環比增速為-27%，同比增速為-64%。其他省份如山東、江蘇、福建和廣東，均呈現了不同程度的下滑態勢。

According to ATTOM Data's fourth-quarter 2021 U.S. Home Equity & Underwater Report, 41.9 percent of mortgaged residential properties in the United States were considered equity-rich in the fourth quarter, meaning that the combined estimated amount of loan balances secured by those properties was no more than 50 percent of their estimated market values.

According to a report from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Census Bureau, while single-family starts dipped in December 2021 due to ongoing supply-side challenges, they still managed to post double-digit gains in 2021. Overall housing starts increased 1.4% in December to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.70 million units.

• The profit on a typical home sale last year was just over $94,000, an increase of 45% from the profit in 2020 and 71% from pre-pandemic profits.
