Japan’s economy expanded at an annualized clip of 0.4% in October to December from the previous quarter, better than the initial estimate for a 0.4% contraction, government data showed on Monday.

113 年 1 月景氣對策信號綜合判斷分數為 27 分，較上月上修值 22 分增加 5 分，燈號轉呈綠燈 ；其中，出口燈號雖由紅燈轉為綠燈，惟生產、投資、銷售、 金融等指標燈號分數均較上月增加，加以領先及同時指標續呈上升，顯示國內景氣維持復甦趨勢。
Q4在國內總經環境改善﹑房市利空政策淡化﹑新青安房貸政策帶入買氣及交屋潮等因素驅動下，房市買氣、意願、交易動能 等客觀指標穩定發展。後續需觀察國際經濟景氣及通膨情況對金融利率走勢。
Asking rents, measured by Zillow’s Observed Rent Index (ZORI), landed at $1,959 in February, up 0.4% month-over-month, a bit softer than the pre-pandemic average month-over-month change for this time of year (0.5%).
