112年10月本國銀行家數38家，截至112年10月底止，本國銀行放款總餘額新臺幣(以下同)38兆1,430億元，較上月底增加1,346億元；逾期放款金額為618.34億元，較上月底增加16.49億元；逾期放款比率為0.16%，與上月及去年同期相同。

土地所有權人因重購土地退回出售地土地增值稅後，其重購之土地自完成移轉登記之日起5年內再行移轉或改作其他用途時，應追繳原退還稅款。為避免投機，落實重購房地自住使用，經列管的重購土地，稽徵機關於管制期間內每年會辦理全面清查，一旦查獲重購土地已再行移轉，例如出售、贈與、法拍、夫妻贈與，或是改作其他用途，例如供營業使用、出租、未設戶籍等不符合自用住宅用地要件者，將依規定全部或按比例追繳原退還稅款。
