政院拍板將在2025至2032年啟動市地重劃最高留5%蓋社宅之新住宅政策,對此建商表示,若是從市地重劃土地中在政府分回部分做社宅,樂觀其成;但若是要求都更、TOD案全面納入,因加劇整合難度,則恐將衝擊民間業者投入都更、TOD意願。

【中央社】台綜院估2024年經濟成長3.18% 留意超額儲蓄隱憂

台綜院今天舉行「2024年台灣及主要國家經濟展望」研討會,同時發布經濟預測,下修今年經濟成長率0.04個百分點至1.41%;明年因民間消費回復正常水準,民間投資與出口有低基期環境的支持,加上國際商品貿易成長回升,預估2024年經濟成長率為3.18%。
