【內政部地政司】內政部:密切關注預售屋異常建案 精進履約擔保機制 維護購屋者權益

內政部也補充,對於先前媒體報導高田營造停工事件,其受影響預售屋建案分別位於臺北市及新竹縣,內政部在事件發生後已立即通知縣市政府主動協助處理購屋民眾消費爭議,並通知信託銀行暫停動支買方所繳價金。據縣市政府查復,部分建案已尋求其他營造商承作,或接洽有意願的建商承接續建。

【內政部】低度使用(用電)住宅、待售新成屋(114年7月出刊)

113年下半年資料顯示,全國各縣市低度使用(用電)住宅比率,持續以6直轄市與新竹縣、新竹市較低,僅臺南市與高雄市低度使用(用電)住宅比率高於全國平均(9.79%)。與上期相較,僅宜蘭縣、基隆市及金門縣緩減,其餘縣市皆增加;而與去年同期相較,全國各縣市皆增加。

【CBRE】2025 Asia Pacific Real Estate Market Outlook Mid-Year Review

The greater-than-expected shift in U.S. trade policy was the major surprise in H1 2025. Although April’s initial shock subsequently calmed after tariffs were lowered and several trade deals were signed, ongoing uncertainty continues to drag on regional economic and business sentiment. As a result, CBRE has revised down its 2025 GDP growth forecast for Asia Pacific from 4.1% to 3.7%.

  • Single-family permitting dropped 6.3% in the first half of 2025, led by sharp declines in Jacksonville, San Antonio and Boston.
  • The slowdown comes after a rebound in 2024. Last year, single-family starts finished the year up 6.6% in 2024, ending a two-year decline and keeping homebuilding  above the pre-pandemic pace.
