【新北市地政局】新北市114年4月份房市交易移轉棟(戶)數增加1.8%
交易移轉棟(戶)數以三重區、三峽區、新店區增加較多，與114年3月相較分別增加170棟、100棟、50棟，分析原因係本月份新成屋大批移轉及中古屋移轉棟(戶)數均有增加所致。另以交易案件量（包括土地及房屋）來看，新北市114年4月交易件數為4,064件，較114年3月減少191件，減少幅度4.5%。

【NAR】Pending Home Sales Jumped 6.1% in March
- Pending home sales in March leapt 6.1%.
- Compared to one month ago, pending home sales declined in the Northeast, while the Midwest, West – and especially the South – underwent increases.
- Year-over-year, contract signings rose in the Midwest. However, the Northeast, South and West declined – with the biggest drop in the Northeast.
【NAR】Existing-Home Sales Receded 5.9% in March
- Existing-home sales slipped 5.9% in March to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.02 million. Sales slowed 2.4% from one year ago.
- The median existing-home sales price climbed 2.7% from March 2024 to $403,700, an all-time high for the month of March and the 21st consecutive month of year-over-year price increases.
- The inventory of unsold existing homes jumped 8.1% from the previous month to 1.33 million at the end of March, or the equivalent of 4.0 months' supply at the current monthly sales pace.

行政院會114年4月24日通過「因應國際情勢強化經濟社會及國土安全韌性特別條例」草案，內政部秉持「支持產業、安定就業、照顧民生、強化韌性」核心精神，預計匡列50億元特別預算投入老宅修繕，在短期內增進建築物安全性與無障礙空間品質，並與衛福部長照3.0與及經濟部ESCO智能家電節能政策結合推動，給予國內建築、土木、營建與室內裝修等產業支持及就業安定。
