【World Property Journal】Rising Rate Concerns, Supply Chain Fears Drive New Home Sales

According to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Census Bureau, low existing inventory and buyers' fears of future higher mortgage rates, new home sales posted a solid gain last month.

Sales of newly built, single-family homes in September rose 14% to an 800,000 seasonally adjusted annual rate from a downwardly revised reading in August 2021.

  三季度,我國金融運行繼續保持總體平穩態勢。根據央行第三季度貨幣政策委員會會議信息,9月末,我國M2餘額234.28萬億元,同比增長8.3%;社會融資規模餘額308.05萬億元,同比增長10%,M2和社會融資規模的增速與名義經濟增速基本匹配。信貸方面,前三季度,新增人民幣貸款16.72萬億元,同比多增4624億元;9月末,人民幣各項貸款餘額189.46萬億元,同比增長11.9%。信貸總量保持穩定增長。

【中國央行】2021年三季度金融機構貸款投向統計報告

 人民銀行統計,2021年三季度末,金融機構人民幣各項貸款餘額189.46萬億元,同比增長11.9%;前三季度人民幣貸款增加16.72萬億元,同比多增4624億元。

【公告】110年新北市青年租金補貼今起受理

新北市110年度青年租金補貼於今日起至11月30日受理申請,計畫補貼1,000名,每月3,000元,最長補貼1年,可採線上申請或紙本郵寄,歡迎在新北市租屋,且於新北市設籍、就學或就業的青年朋友們踴躍提出申請。

新北市政府城鄉發展局表示,申請人只要年滿18歲以上未滿40歲,單身或新婚或育有未滿7歲子女者,且現於新北市設籍、就學或就業,家庭成員於新北市、臺北市、桃園市及基隆市均無自有住宅,家庭年收入合計低於128萬以下且每人每月平均收入低於5萬4,600元者,均可提出申請,但要注意承租之住宅建物主要用途須符合規定,且承租人與出租人(或所有權人)不可為直系親屬關係。
