根據六都地政局今天公布今年1月建物買賣移轉棟數,總計1萬4226棟,為2023年1月以來最低,月減33.7%,年減43.2%,各大都會區不分南北皆大幅萎縮;其中,新北市1月量能年減50.5%,直接腰斬,衰退幅度為六都之最。
