【NAR】Majority of Agents, Brokers Find Value in Promoting Energy Efficiency in Listings, According to NAR Report

  • A majority (63%) of agents and brokers said promoting energy efficiency in listings is valuable.
  • Half of Realtors® said they were directly involved with a property that had green features.
  • Almost half (48%) of agents and brokers found that consumers were interested in sustainability, and nearly one-third (32%) of Realtors® were concerned about the effects of climate change events on the real estate market.

【法規】廢止開發許可其審查結論即失效 環境影響評估法修正

環境影響評估法第16條之2第1項,針對已公告之環說書、評估書或環差報告之審查結論,增訂其開發計畫許可文件遭主管機關廢止後,環說書、評估書或環境現況差異分析及對策檢討報告已失其附麗,審查結論亦應失其效力之規定。又為維護有限國土資源,同法條第2項規定,對本法修正前已公告審查通過之環說書、評估書或環境現況差異分析及對策檢討報告審查結論亦有法定期間或條件之適用。

【公告】不動產登記機關對於登記之申請 就不動產物權變動之原因與事實是否相符、能否成立或有無瑕疵 均須詳加審查

不動產登記係地政機關依法定程序,將應登記之事項,包括土地所有權及他項權利之取得、設定、喪失及變更情形記載於登記簿,以確定其權利之歸屬與權利狀態而公示於第三人。而登記機關對於登記之申請,除審查登記書件是否完備外,就不動產物權變動之原因與事實是否相符、能否成立或有無瑕疵 ,均須詳加審查,經確定後,方予登記。

【法規】內政部對中產以下自用住宅貸款戶支持辦法

內政部對中產以下自用住宅貸款戶支持辦法,依疫後強化經濟與社會韌性及全民共享經濟成果特別條例第三條第二款及第四條第一項規定訂定之。主管機關為內政部,執行機關為內政部營建署。主管機關為減輕中產以下自用住宅貸款戶之居住負擔,得提供支持金作為協助措施。
