【鉅亨網】投資風潮帶動高雄地價漲勢兇 住宅區用地價漲高達6成

台灣六都之一的高雄地價漲勢兇,房中業者統計,高雄近年 100 坪以上具獨立開發效益的土地成交行情,包括住宅地、商業地、農地與工業用地,成交價全都上揚;其中,商業用地 2020 年每坪均價 47.3 萬元,2022 年均價漲到 60.5 萬元,漲幅近 3 成,住宅區用地更是從每坪從 18.1 萬元上漲至 29 萬元,增幅達 6 成。

【中央社】房市交易冷 前4月土增稅房地合一稅創同期最大跌幅

房地交易持續吹冷風,拖累相關稅收。據財政部統計,前4月的土地增值稅、契稅、房地合一稅,與去年同期相比,均陷入雙位數跌幅,其中土增稅、房地合一稅分別年減37.6%、16.7%,皆創歷年同期最大衰退幅度。財政部今天公布4月全國賦稅收入統計,前4月實徵淨額新台幣6185億元、較去年同期微幅增加0.1%。
