交易移轉棟(戶)數以三重區、三峽區、新店區增加較多，與114年3月相較分別增加170棟、100棟、50棟，分析原因係本月份新成屋大批移轉及中古屋移轉棟(戶)數均有增加所致。另以交易案件量（包括土地及房屋）來看，新北市114年4月交易件數為4,064件，較114年3月減少191件，減少幅度4.5%。

臺北市114年第1季全市申報備查的預售建案共計27案，較前期31案減少12.90%，較去年同期26案增加3.85%；累計年申報數126案，較前期125案增加0.80%，較去年同期97案增加29.90%。

• Existing-home sales slipped 5.9% in March to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.02 million. Sales slowed 2.4% from one year ago.
