囤房稅2.0將採全國歸戶,持有戶數愈多,稅率愈高,為防杜多屋族利用信託方式,降低自己的房屋歸戶數量,以規避較高稅率,財政部在新版草案中增訂,信託房屋在歸戶上,將為委託人,而不是受託人(比如銀行業等)。
