【中央社】房租抵稅新制上路 國土署:申請租補不影響房東稅務
綜所稅房屋租金支出從今年起改為特別扣除額。國土署說,房客申請租金補貼及每年申報綜合所得稅時,向國稅局核實提列租金支出金額抵稅,不會影響房東稅務負擔,公益出租人享有綜合所得稅減徵戶數至民國111年已達19.5萬餘戶。
