根據財政部最新數據,2025 年 6 月全台個人房地合一稅為 42.6 億元,月減 14%,比去年同期少 35%。觀察七大都會區的表現,七都都呈現年減的衰退趨勢,新北市年減 2% 最少,顯示房市交易熱度仍無明顯回溫。其中,新北市繳出 11.6 億元,繼續蟬聯全台第一,連續四個月都贏過台中,榮登「繳稅王」。
住商機構表示,央行第7波房市管制措施下,房市急凍,進而衝擊整體產業鏈,觀察內政部統計數字,全台包含代銷、仲介等不動產經紀業的設立備查家數,今年6月達9845家,雖仍創歷年新高,但相比今年初僅成長70家,成長家數為近5年來最低。
