【公告】「中產以下房貸戶支持專案」合格受戶近49萬戶 國土署:3萬元定額支持金 農曆年前可全數核撥入帳

國土管理署表示,在「疫後強化經濟與社會韌性及全民共享經濟成果特別條例」支持推動的「中產以下自用住宅貸款戶支持方案」,自去(112)年6月1日開辦,同年12月29日截止受理申請,民眾申請件數累計近77萬,核定近49萬件,核撥金額超過145億元,將於113年2月7日農曆年前將3萬元定額支持金全數核撥至申請人約定繳納貸款本息帳戶,帳戶存摺會註記「行政院發」的文字。

【CNBC】Japan’s Aozora Bank hits near 3-year lows as bad U.S. property loans prompt loss forecast

  • Aozora shares plunged by as much as 18.5% to their lowest levels since February 2021 in early Friday Tokyo trade.
  • The Tokyo-based commercial lender said Thursday it now expects to post a net loss of 28 billion Japanese yen ($191 million) for the fiscal year ending March 31, compared with its earlier forecast for a net profit of 24 billion yen.

【聯合報】社宅建築成本回收難 桃園擬修法社宅代金換容積

桃園正在進行「都市計畫法桃園市施行細則」修法檢討作業,針對社會住宅部分,為使社會住宅政策永續發展且持續擴大照顧對象,提出開發商提撥空間作社宅換容積獎勵的構想,若開發商無法提撥空間作社宅,也能以繳納代金到住宅基金方式換取。如果構想能執行,應能慢慢填補社宅建築成本造成的財政缺口。

依內政部統計資料顯示,去年建物買賣移轉的平均面積首度跌破 30 坪,平均約 29.7 坪,顯示在高房價的趨勢之下,民眾只能以有限預算換取購屋空間,若與 10 年前相比平均的買賣移轉面積就少了 5 坪,除了高房價問題之外,中南部地區居住型態從透天轉為大樓,坪數減少最顯著,也爲導致出現越買越小的主因之一。
