【公告】「中產以下房貸戶支持專案」合格受戶近49萬戶 國土署：3萬元定額支持金 農曆年前可全數核撥入帳
國土管理署表示，在「疫後強化經濟與社會韌性及全民共享經濟成果特別條例」支持推動的「中產以下自用住宅貸款戶支持方案」，自去(112)年6月1日開辦，同年12月29日截止受理申請，民眾申請件數累計近77萬，核定近49萬件，核撥金額超過145億元，將於113年2月7日農曆年前將3萬元定額支持金全數核撥至申請人約定繳納貸款本息帳戶，帳戶存摺會註記「行政院發」的文字。

桃園正在進行「都市計畫法桃園市施行細則」修法檢討作業，針對社會住宅部分，為使社會住宅政策永續發展且持續擴大照顧對象，提出開發商提撥空間作社宅換容積獎勵的構想，若開發商無法提撥空間作社宅，也能以繳納代金到住宅基金方式換取。如果構想能執行，應能慢慢填補社宅建築成本造成的財政缺口。

依內政部統計資料顯示，去年建物買賣移轉的平均面積首度跌破 30 坪，平均約 29.7 坪，顯示在高房價的趨勢之下，民眾只能以有限預算換取購屋空間，若與 10 年前相比平均的買賣移轉面積就少了 5 坪，除了高房價問題之外，中南部地區居住型態從透天轉為大樓，坪數減少最顯著，也爲導致出現越買越小的主因之一。
