【鉅亨網】信義房屋:11月房市略較上月好轉 1000-1500萬元住宅市場穩定

信義房屋統計全台門市 11 月前 26 天的市場交易變化,11 月房市表現略較 10 月回溫,但較去年同期仍有約雙位數年減幅度,表現最穩定的還是總價 1000-1500 萬元市場,這類族群屬於銀行現在放款意願較高的對象,因此交易比較不受影響,整體市場維持自用當道結構不變。

住展雜誌彙整今年迄今已公開的預售案開價資訊,北北桃竹平均最高單價分別為台北市大安區建案的新台幣210萬元,新北市板橋區建案125.5萬元,桃園市中壢區的建案為75萬元,以及新竹地區竹北市88萬元。最低開價案是台北市文山區建案70萬元,新北市淡水區建案36萬元,桃園市觀音區建案21.5萬元,以及新竹地區湖口鄉建案、芎林鄉建案25萬元。
