住展雜誌彙整今年迄今已公開的預售案開價資訊,北北桃竹平均最高單價分別為台北市大安區建案的新台幣210萬元,新北市板橋區建案125.5萬元,桃園市中壢區的建案為75萬元,以及新竹地區竹北市88萬元。最低開價案是台北市文山區建案70萬元,新北市淡水區建案36萬元,桃園市觀音區建案21.5萬元,以及新竹地區湖口鄉建案、芎林鄉建案25萬元。
內政部今天指出,從2021年7月至今年9月底,全台總計已稽查1157個建案所使用紅單,其中有79個建案違反規定,共計裁罰新台幣7337萬元。內政部提醒,業者在推案銷售前,務必遵守紅單銷售規定。

113 年第 2 季全國房貸負擔率為 46.02%,房價負擔能力維持為偏低等級,房貸負擔率 較上(113 年 1 季)季上升 1.72 個百分點,較 112 年同季上升 3.93 個百分點;而房價所得比 本(113 年第 2 季)季為 10.65 倍。
