Homes under contract spent an average of 54 days on the market, the longest since March 2020, and a week longer than a year ago. In January 2022, homes typically sold in just 35 days during the homebuying boom.

房屋稅2.0新制將於114年5月房屋稅開徵時首次適用，其中自住用優惠稅率增訂「本人、配偶或直系親屬辦竣戶籍登記」的規定，且要在114年3月24日前（原為3月22日，適逢假日展延）完成，於前述期限內辦竣戶籍登記者，財稅局將依戶政資料逕行核定續按自住房屋稅率課徵房屋稅，納稅義務人無須申報。
