今年房市交易降溫，六都今年前三季家戶購屋比跟去年同期比較，除了台中小幅增加、桃園持平，其他四都皆下降，台南、高雄降幅最明顯，今年買氣最強依然是桃園市，連三年每百戶就有近4戶買房。

Based on new research by CoreLogic, more than 22,282 pending mortgage transactions currently in progress in Florida's 20 affected counties are in jeopardy from storm surge and flooding caused by the recent hurricane, Ian. Nearly 14,000 are purchase transactions where the state's average home sales price is $452,000.

According to a new report from CBRE, pressure to provide quick delivery of electric machinery, jewels, pharmaceuticals and other products has fueled demand for airport-adjacent warehouses and pushed rents in those submarkets to sizeable premiums.An analysis by CBRE found that average rents for warehouses within a five-mile radius of major airports are 18.8 percent higher than the average for their metropolitan areas. The analysis spanned the 20 busiest U.S. airports for airfreight.

• The average contract interest rate for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages with conforming loan balances ($647,200 or less) increased to 6.81% from 6.75%
• Mortgage applications to purchase a home fell 2% for the week and were 39% lower than a year ago.
