統計11月上市櫃法人商用不動產交易額為96.42億元，年增3%；其中辦公室交易額為55.53億元、佔57%，工業地產交易額為36.42億元、佔38%，店面交易額為4.47億元、佔5%。買方以產業自用為大宗，主要鎖定雙北地區辦公室產品。11月上市櫃法人土地.地上權交易額為45.27億元，年增63%。觀察目前土地市場，頗有利空因素淡化的氣氛，逐漸可看到指標建商進場購地，而明年建商購地動能是否加溫，端看整體政經局勢、央行信用管制是否有機會放寬等。
112年10月本國銀行家數38家，截至112年10月底止，本國銀行放款總餘額新臺幣(以下同)38兆1,430億元，較上月底增加1,346億元；逾期放款金額為618.34億元，較上月底增加16.49億元；逾期放款比率為0.16%，與上月及去年同期相同。
