113 年 2 月實價登錄量價動態，全市交易量共 751 件，較 1 月 740 件增加 11 件，增幅 1.49%，較前一年同期 707 件，增幅 6.22%；交易總 額為 196.58 億元，較 1 月 199.80 億元減少 3.22 億元，減幅 1.61%，較 前一年同期 157.82 億元，增幅 24.56%。

內政部於日前公布「社會住宅租金分級原則草案」，除預計提供低收入及中低收入家庭適用市價三至五折的租金優惠外，也協助身心障礙者、受暴家庭、特殊境遇家庭等社會弱勢適用較低租金，強化社會住宅對弱勢家庭的照顧，期建立更公平的租金分級制度。

北市府截至5月30日共計列管2處紅單、23處黃單建築物，為協助紅、黃單危險建物加速家園重建，凡經北市府「依建築法規、災害防救法規通知限期拆除、逕予強制拆除，或評估有危險之虞應限期補強或拆除者」，皆依都市更新條例第 7 條規定主動辦理迅行劃定更新地區。
【公告】一個月內中央與地方展開高樓層建築物消防、公安聯合抽查
國土署將要求各縣市政府清查轄內16樓以上建築物，並與建管系統連線共同全面列管公安，中央與地方也將於1個月內展開高樓層建築物消防、公共安全聯合抽查。此外，國土署與消防署會與建築師、消防設備師及電機技師等公會進行研商溝通工作，以利強化現場查驗工作、圖資整備等資源共享等。

【經濟日報】建融餘額年跌至3.31% 近7年來新低
中央銀行27日公布4月房貸餘額與建築融資餘額2項數據，前者以年增率9.12%，達逾10兆3千億元續創新高；後者雖以3兆2,772億元同樣拉高歷史紀錄，但年增率跌至3.31%，為近7年來新低。
