國家住都中心於台中市興辦社宅，本周再決標兩案社宅統包工程，緊鄰水湳經貿園區，預計2028年完工，為台中市再提供391戶居住單元。截至今日，國家住都中心全台累積已完工及已決標社宅共5萬4,493戶。
