內需方面，隨國內股市交易熱絡及勞動市場維持穩定，以及政府推動所得稅制優化及各項減輕負擔措施，提高家庭可支配所得，均有助維繫民間消費動能。惟全球景氣復甦仍受通膨緩降、高利率環境、美中對峙、地緣政治干擾加劇等不確定因素影響，後續發展仍須密切關注。

【NAR】Existing-Home Sales Retreated 1.9% in April

  • Existing-home sales faded 1.9% in April to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.14 million. Sales also dipped 1.9% from one year ago.
  • The median existing-home sales price grew 5.7% from April 2023 to $407,600 – the tenth consecutive month of year-over-year price gains and the highest price ever for the month of April.
  • The inventory of unsold existing homes climbed 9% from one month ago to 1.21 million at the end of April, or the equivalent of 3.5 months' supply at the current monthly sales pace.

【公告】增訂不動產估價助理員制度 明定不動產估價師應負管理監督的責任

立法院指出，為配合不動產估價實務作業需要，草案建立不動產估價助理員制度，增訂不動產估價師事務所得聘僱不動產估價助理員。且明定不動產估價師應負管理監督的責任。不動產估價助理員應遵循不動產估價師的指揮監督，依不動產估價師法第１９條授權訂定的不動產估價技術規則規定，協助不動產估價師進行調查、勘察、整理、比較、分析及調整等估價工作。

【公告】建置都市智慧防災預警系統 國土署:提升整體防洪能力

國土管理署表示，面對全球極端氣候與防範颱風季豪雨積淹水風險，正持續推動「都市總合治水建設計畫」與「前瞻基礎建設計畫－水與安全」，來提升都市雨水下水道防洪保護標準，並以都市總合治水方針結合都市計畫法、下水道法、水利法及建築技術規則等法規。
