【經濟日報】每年逾2400件租賃糾紛內政部推住宅租賃法扶服務

為協助廣大租屋族，內政部日前公告「住宅租賃糾紛法律扶助規定」，部長林右昌表示，考量租屋糾紛的訴訟對弱勢房客而言，常因難以負擔的訴訟成本而卻步，因此新訂這項規定，內政部後續將與法律扶助基金會簽約合作，並規劃於今年8月開辦住宅租賃的免費法律諮詢。
