The first ECB rate cut in nearly five years takes the benchmark rate in the 20 countries that use the euro down to 3.75% from an all-time high of 4%, where it had stood since September.

113年4月底中小企業放款餘額占全體企業放款餘額比率為65.02％，占民營企業放款餘額比率為68.47％，分別較上月底之比率減少0.29及0.28個百分點；另113年4月底中小企業放款之平均逾期放款比率為0.25％，較上月底增加0.01個百分點。
上年6月新增規範自然人特定地區第2戶購屋貸款，最高成數上限7成實施以來，自然人申辦特定地區第2戶購屋貸款之撥款金額呈增加趨勢，為續強化管理銀行信用資源，降低相關授信風險，本次中央銀行修正「中央銀行對金融機構辦理不動產抵押貸款業務規定」，調降自然人特定地區第2戶購屋貸款最高成數上限為6成，自本年6月14日起實施。
The Consumer Price Index increased by 3.3% year-over-year in May, slightly less than consensus expectations of 3.4%. Core inflation, which excludes volatile food and energy prices, rose by 3.4% vs. expectations of 3.5%, making it the smallest year-over-year increase since 2021.
Since Q1 2022, submarkets that are immediately adjacent to Downtown (so-called Inner Ring submarkets) have seen annual multifamily rent growth of 3%, outstripping lower-density suburbs and office-dominated Downtowns.
Zillow’s home value forecast continues to project modest annual increases in the near term, calling for 0.4% growth over 2024, down slightly from last month’s projection of 0.6% growth. Over the next twelve months, Zillow expects home values to fall 1.4%.
