• 本季普通家戶數為 8,319,326 戶，較上季增加 0.23%，較去年同 季增加 1.71%；住宅存量總計 9,328,186 宅，較上季增加 0.41%，較去 年同季增加 1.32%；住宅家戶比 112.13%，較上季增加 0.20 個百分點， 較去年同季減少 0.43 個百分點。
• 本季住宅建造執照核發宅數 36,611 宅，較上季減少 4.28%，較去 年同季減少 21.98%；住宅使用執照核發宅數 33,873 宅，較上季增加 1.94%，較去年同季增加 5.64%；住宅開工宅數 32,304 宅，較上季增 加 4.57%，較去年同季減少 12.06%。

113年5月本國銀行家數38家，截至113年5月底止，本國銀行放款總餘額新臺幣(以下同)40兆1,853億元，較上月底增加2,918億元；逾期放款金額668.83億元，較上月底減少0.12億元；逾放比率0.17%，與上月相同，較去年同期增加0.01個百分點。
