113年5月底中小企業放款餘額占全體企業放款餘額比率為65.40％，占民營企業放款餘額比率為68.75％，分別較上月底之比率增加0.38及0.28個百分點；另113年5月底中小企業放款之平均逾期放款比率為0.24％，較上月底減少0.01個百分點。

房屋稅差別稅率(囤房稅)2.0已於今年7月1日正式上路，自住房屋增加需有本人、配偶或直系親屬辦竣戶籍登記的條件，才能適用自住用優惠稅率。113年7月1日房屋稅差別稅率2.0上路以後，法令有規定申請適用自住住家用房屋稅率的申請期限為開徵前40日，以114年度開徵房屋稅來說，申請期限即114年3月24日（原為3月22日，114年適逢假日遞延）前如果未設戶籍，房屋稅率將由1.2 %變成2.6%至4.8%，與自住用稅率最大相差4倍。
