信義全球資產公司統計，第二季上市櫃法人共投資229億元購置商用不動產、年減55%，減幅主因為去年有新光一號REITs標售案，多宗大型交易成交墊高交易量。土地市場呈現成長走勢。第二季上市櫃法人土地市場交易量為299億元、年增71%，顯示開發商對住宅市場信心度回升，積極購地增加庫存，建商除積極進軍重劃區獵地外，市區老舊、具重建開發價值的商業大樓，也成為建商優質土地來源之一。

Price growth continued to flatten into June, before the more significant mortgage rate relief we’ve seen since.
