信義全球資產公司統計2024年1月至6月上市櫃法人共投資1,281.05億元購置土地及商用不動產，交易量較去年同期增幅約36%，其中上半年商用不動產交易量為682.11億元，土地交易量為598.94億元，顯示市場對商用不動產投資信心持續升溫，又以辦公類產品交易動能最為積極。
交易移轉棟(戶)數以板橋區、淡水區、三重區減少較多，與113年5月相較分別減少206棟、156棟、149棟，分析原因係因本月份新成屋及中古屋移轉棟(戶)數均有減少所致。另以交易案件量來看，新北市113年6月交易件數為5,629件，較113年5月減少1201件，減少幅度17.6%。
