信義房屋統計全台門市 8 月前 28 天交易狀況,交易量年變化與月變化皆出現雙位數減幅,連首購的總價 700-1500 萬元市場交易,都受房貸出狀況的影響。這波錢荒對於房市的確造成影響,買方會擔憂買下去不好貸款,決策上就會更為謹慎。

六都今年7月的買賣移轉棟數揭曉,總計共2萬6,555棟,月增11.6%,年增33.6%,為2014年以來同期最大量,也創近11年同期新高,反映房市在第二季市場交易熱絡。近期的新案交屋潮以台中最為鮮明,單北屯區就因總站特區、14期重劃區及廍子重劃區的指標大案連袂完工。
