【自由時報】台南史上最大規模開發 398億南科區段徵收七區將供48萬坪住商地

全案都市計畫面積430公頃,區段徵收面積375公頃,是台南市有史以來規模最大的開發案,也是台南市五個廉政平台裡面採購金額最大的開發案。工程完工後,可以提供75公頃產業用地,159公頃住宅商業用地,141公頃公共設施用地,滿足南科特區消防、醫療、就學、運動等需求,建構完善居住生活圈,提升南科園區周邊地區生活機能,希望透過廉政平台的啟動協助南科特區的開發順利,促成台南產業與都市機能的發展。

【鉅亨網】上半年拆照量較2017年近倍增 拆屋改建10間有4間在台北

根據內政部最新資料顯示,今年上半年核發拆除執照數量為 3311 戶,數量比起 2017 年足足增加 94%,而近年拆除數量明顯增加的時間點是 2018 年,也是台北市危老案件開始核准通過的時間,今年上半年平均每 10 間拆除的房子中,就有 4 間在台北市。

【樂居買房】中國央行:7月份住戶貸款增加1217億元,短期貸款減少269億元

8月12日,央行發布《2022年7月金融統計數據報告》。數據顯示,7月份人民幣貸款增加6790億元,同比少增4042億元。住戶貸款增加1217億元,其中,短期貸款減少269億元,中長期貸款增加1486億元。1-7月,人民幣貸款累計增加14.35萬億元,同比多增5150億元。

【Zillow】Mortgage Rates Increase as Markets Respond to Conflicting Economic Data

Mortgage rates increased last week, reversing direction after several weeks of declines.Comments from Federal Reserve members early in the week started moving interest rates higher, as they messaged that there is still much work to be done in taming inflation. Jobs data late in the week was much stronger than market expectations, a signal that the Federal Reserve will likely need to continue aggressive actions to slow economic growth and reign in inflationary pressures.
