第2梯次國土計畫教育訓練核心課程將於7月31日開放網路報名，課程預計自9月2日起至10月14日辦理5場次，每場次訓練時間皆為2日。課程內容涵蓋「國土計畫法及相關子法」、「全國及直轄市、 縣（市）國土計畫」、「國土功能分區圖及使用地繪製作業」、「國土計畫土地使用管制規則」、「鄉村地區整體規劃及推動原住民族土地空間規劃作業」、「應經申請同意及使用許可制度」及「國土規劃資訊相關系統操作」等。

連續好幾個月冷颼颼的房市，6月出現些微變化。國泰金20日公布6月國民信心調查，有17.6％的民眾認為目前為買房時機，為去年4月以來的高點，認為不是買房時機者亦從上月68.7％降到66.7％，顯示不少民眾對房市改持觀望態度。

根據聯徵中心資料統計，觀察今年首季房貸狀況，六都平均房貸成數 78.4%、平均利率 2.07%，六都平均貸款利率全面上揚，貸款成數全部下滑。其中台北市貸款成數 75.27%，成為六都貸款成數最低的區域，而在利率部分，桃園房貸利率達 2.08%，為六都利率最高區。

升息發威，央行今天公布的5月5大銀行新承做房貸利率持續走高，升抵2.101%，續寫2009年1月以來、近14年半的新高紀錄；不過隨著6月暫停升息，官員表示，後續房貸利率料將呈現區間整理。

據內政部最新統計，法人短期售屋比例在去年第2到第4季大幅提升，由53.45%上升到73.79%，推測為受市場預期平均地權條例修正影響所致，今年第1季短期售屋比例已降為49.53%。

The rate cuts come as Wall Street banks, including Goldman Sachs, slash their forecasts for China’s economy. Goldman said on Sunday that the recovery sparked by the country’s post-Covid reopening appeared to have “fizzled out” in the second quarter as it downgraded its forecast for growth this year to 5.4% from 6%.
