【CNBC】Yellen says it should be ‘unthinkable’ for the U.S. to default on its debt

  • “The notion of defaulting on our debt is something that would so badly undermine the U.S. and global economy that I think it should be regarded by everyone as unthinkable,” Janet Yellen said.

【金融監督管理委員會】112年3月底本國銀行逾期放款情形

112年3月本國銀行家數39家,截至112年3月底止,本國銀行放款總餘額新臺幣(以下同)37兆700億元,較上月底增加2,905億元;逾期放款金額為568.75億元,較上月底減少21.05億元;逾期放款比率為0.15%,較上月減少0.01個百分點,較去年同期減少0.01個百分點。

【NAR】Almost Seven in 10 Metro Areas Posted Home Prices Gains in the First Quarter of 2023

  • Single-family existing-home sales prices climbed in approximately 70% of measured metro areas – 152 of 221 – in the first quarter. The national median single-family existing-home price declined 0.2% from one year ago to $371,200.
  • The monthly mortgage payment on a typical existing single-family home with a 20% down payment was $1,859 – up 33.1% from a year ago.
  • About one in 14 markets (7%) posted double-digit annual price appreciation (18% in the previous quarter).

【法規】經濟部公告「地質敏感區基地地質調查及地質安全評估作業準則」修正草案

為因應實務所需、降低遵法成本及簡政便民,強化地質法第九條與本準則之關聯性與完整性,爰擬具本準則修正草案,其修正重點如下:

  • 增訂以現有資料檢核方法進行基地地質調查及地質安全評估。(修正條文第二條 及第四條)
  • 明確規範現地調查方法辦理基地地質調查並評估地質安全者,其進行方式與內容 。(修正條文第三條)
  • 基地地質調查及地質安全評估之結果不限以單獨報告形式呈現,以符本法要求並有利於與送審書圖文件整合。(修正條文第五條、第七條、第十條、第十四條及 第十八條)
  • 修正各類型地質敏感區以現地調查辦理基地地質調查者,應進行之調查項目與內容及作業應遵行事項等規定。(修正條文第六條至第八條、第十一條、第十四條 及第十六條至十九條)
