【經濟日報】新北房價停漲 部分區域走弱回跌

新北市政府地政局8日公布2023年第4季住宅價格指數,去年10~12月全市住宅價格指數月漲幅幾無變化,觀察新北市8大次分區包括板橋土城、中和永和、三重蘆洲、新莊、新店、樹三鶯、汐止及淡水等,去年10~12月指數與前年同期相較則大概有-0.72~3.39%的年變動率,整體價格漲勢疲弱不少。
