新北市政府地政局表示,113年4月房市交易移轉棟數共計5,995棟,較113年3月增加324棟,增加幅度5.71%。其中交易移轉棟(戶)數以板橋區、泰山區、三峽區增加較多,與113年3月相較分別增加433棟、235棟、116棟,分析原因係因本月份新成屋及中古屋移轉棟(戶)數均有增加所致。
