【中國財經】杭州發布三孩家庭住房公積金優惠政策

中國網財經8月1日訊據杭州住房公積金管理中心網站8月1日消息,杭州住房公積金管理委員會今日發布《關於實施三孩家庭住房公積金優惠政策的通知》。其中明確:杭州市三孩家庭購買首套普通自住住房且首次申請住房公積金貸款的,貸款額度可按家庭當期最高貸款限額上浮20%確定。杭州市三孩家庭無房租賃住房提取住房公積金的,提取限額按規定額度標准上浮50%確定。

【中國財經】中指研究院:7月百城新建住宅平均價格環比止漲轉跌

中國網財經8月1日訊據中指研究院8月1日消息,根據中國房地產指數係統百城價格指數對全國100個城市新建、二手住宅銷售市場及50個城市租賃市場的調查數據,2022年7月,百城新建住宅平均價格為16204元/平方米,環比止漲轉跌,跌幅為0.01%;同比上漲0.52%,漲幅較6月收窄0.36個百分點。百城二手住宅平均價格為16012元/平方米,環比下跌0.09%,跌幅較6月擴大0.07個百分點;同比上漲0.35%,漲幅較6月收窄0.52個百分點。7月,全國50個城市住宅平均租金為37.3元/平方米/月,環比止跌轉漲,漲幅為0.09%;同比下跌2.56%,跌幅較6月擴大0.58個百分點。

【中房研協】中國城市住房租賃價格指數報告(202205)

2022年5月,中國城市租賃價格指數為1030.0點,較上月下降1.4點,環比下跌0.14%,同比跌幅0.94%。

監控的35個城市中,共有24個城市指數環比下跌。此外,有10個城市指數環比出現上漲。四個一線城市中,上海、廣州租賃價格指數均有所上升,環比漲幅分別為0.09%、0.16%;北京、深圳租賃價格指數均有所下跌,環比跌幅為0.26%、0.31%。
