危老條例時程獎勵2025年將落日，為解決缺工問題、縮短工期，營建署擬修正危老容積獎勵辦法，採預鑄工法可獲容積獎勵。內政部次長花敬群今天說，正在跟業者討論，修法很快就會推出。

According to the National Association of Home Builders, U.S. taxpayers are taking advantage of new home energy-efficiency related tax credits. A recent Internal Revenue Service data analysis by NAHB indicates that more than 800,000 taxpayers claimed a new home-related energy-efficiency tax incentive.  

• A green mortgage, or an energy-efficient mortgage, allows borrowers to finance certain green improvements at the same rate and terms as their mortgage.
• If the home you’re considering needs various energy-efficient upgrades — as many houses do — it pays to see what a green mortgage can offer.
• For example, if a home needs a new air conditioning unit, a prospective buyer might instead consider installing a heat pump and rolling the cost into a mortgage.

• Dave Burt, CEO of investment research firm DeltaTerra Capital, was one of the few skeptics who recognized the housing market was on the brink of collapse in 2007.
• Now, he believes an overlooked and unpriced climate risk could see history repeating itself.
• “We think of this repricing issue as maybe a quarter of the size and magnitude of the [global financial crisis] in aggregate, but of course very, very damaging within those exposed communities,” Burt said.

• The most notable push for “friend-shoring,” the IMF says in its report, is seen in the series of recent bills adopted against the backdrop of rising tensions between the U.S. and China.
• The IMF warns emerging markets are more vulnerable to the shift in foreign investment stemming from geopolitical divides as “they rely more on flows from more geopolitically distant countries.”
