【World Property Journal】New Home Buyers Increasingly Using Energy Efficient Tax Credits in U.S.

According to the National Association of Home Builders, U.S. taxpayers are taking advantage of new home energy-efficiency related tax credits. A recent Internal Revenue Service data analysis by NAHB indicates that more than 800,000 taxpayers claimed a new home-related energy-efficiency tax incentive.

【台南市地政局】南市112年第1季不動產交易量縮 部分交易熱區不畏大環境仍成長

就交易熱區(112年第1季建物移轉棟數逾100棟者)觀察交易量變化,於大環境影響下,部分交易熱區如永康區、東區、中西區、善化區、仁德區等區之房屋交易量已有大幅度之量縮現象,而安南區、歸仁區、南區、麻豆區、新化區等區,與前季及去年同期相較,則皆為正成長,相對受大環境影響較小。值得注意的是本季歸仁區之建物買賣移轉棟數較前季及去年同期交易量倍增,推究原因係有建案完工辦理建物第一次移轉登記所致。

【台中市地政局】台中市112年第1季(1月至3月)登記四大原因(設定、買賣、繼承、贈與)案件數與地政士送件數比例

買賣登記案件數11,644件,地政士送件數11,326件,佔97.27%,其中案件數以中正所2,084件為最多,地政士送件數2,027件,佔97.26%,其次為中興所1,880件,地政士送件數1,845件,佔98.14%,第3為清水所1,594件,地政士送件數1,554件,佔97.49%。

【新北市地政局】新北市112年3月份房市交易移轉棟數增加26.3%

新北市政府地政局表示,112年3月房市交易移轉棟數共計5,539棟,較112年2月增加1,152棟,增加幅度26.3%。其中交易移轉棟數以土城區、林口區、淡水區增加較多,與112年2月相較分別增加351棟、176棟、145棟,分析原因係因上月工作天數相對較少及本月份新成屋移轉棟數較多所致。另以交易案件量來看,新北市112年3月交易件數為5,872件,較112年2月增加1,282件,增加幅度27.9%。
