【CNBC】A U.S. recession is coming this year, HSBC warns — with Europe to follow in 2024

【CNBC】First-quarter economic growth was actually 2%, up from 1.3% first reported in major GDP revision

  • The U.S. economy grew at a 2% annualized pace in the first quarter, according to a final revision to the figure released Thursday.
  • That was well above the previous estimate of 1.3% and the 1.4% Dow Jones consensus forecast.
  • Upward revisions in consumer spending and inventories boosted the revised number.

【中央銀行】112年5月金融情況

5月底全體貨幣機構放款與投資月增率(以成本計價)為0.93%,較上月底為高;年增率亦由上月底之5.55%上升為6.32%,主要係因銀行對民間部門及公營事業債權成長上升。若包括人壽保險公司放款與投資,並加計全體貨幣機構轉列之催收款及轉銷呆帳金額,則調整後全體金融機構放款與投資年增率為5.05%,高於上月底之4.32%。

【台灣經濟研究院】112年6月景氣動向調查

不動產業方面,2023年5月六都建物買賣移轉件數月增率為 33.7%,主要是受惠於地政機關當月上班天數較4月為多、短期新屋交屋潮,但5月六都建物買賣移轉件數年增率為-6.4%,為近三年同期新低, 顯然買賣雙方依舊處於磨合期,不利於房市交易規模。至於未來半年不 動產業景氣相較於5月,房市景氣觀望、謹慎以對仍是主基調,特別是6月央行又無預警第五度對於房市出手,代表著打炒房政策態度並未因交易量的走軟而有所鬆動。

【NAR】New NAR Survey Finds Americans Prefer Walkable Communities

Among noteworthy findings of the survey:

  • 79% said being within an easy walk of other places and things, such as shops and parks, is very/somewhat important. 78% of those indicated that they would be willing to pay more to live in a walkable community.
  • 85% said sidewalks and places to walk are very/somewhat important.
  • 65% said having public transport nearby is very/somewhat important.
