【工商時報】主計總處下修今年經濟成長至1.61% 創八年新低
受全球景氣疲弱,出口及民間投資不如預期影響,主計總處18日下修今年經濟成長預測至1.61%,創近八年最低,明年則估計可回升至3.32%。主計長朱澤民表示,以實質GDP季增年率(saar)而言,其實第二季景氣已經「柳暗花明」。

推動囤房稅2.0,財政部預告「房屋稅條例」修正草案,房屋要適用「自住」稅率,除現行規定本人、配偶或直系親屬需實際居住,修法後將增訂「應辦竣戶籍登記」;同時,為簡化稽徵作業,房屋稅設定納稅基準日為每年2月底,變更使用情形申請以適用不同稅率的期限為3月22日。
