【Zillow】October 2025: Existing Home Sales Modestly Rise For Second Consecutive Month

• Existing home sales increased 1.2% in October to a seasonally adjusted annual rate (SAAR) of 4.10 million. Existing home sales were up 1.7% from a year ago, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
• Total housing inventory at the end of October stood at 1.52 million units. That’s down 0.7% from September but 10.9% higher than a year ago.
• The median existing-home sales price in October was $415,200, up 2.1% from a year ago.
