【CBRE】Net-Lease Investment Increases by 27% for Year Ending in Q2

Net-lease investment volume declined by 11% quarter-over-quarter and 2% year-over-year in Q2 to $9.9 billion. Excluding two large retail net-lease deals in Q1 (Uniqlo’s $353 million acquisition of its New York City flagship store and SouthState Bank’s $459 million sale-leaseback of its retail branches), Q2 net-lease investment volume was down by only 4% quarter-over-quarter.
