【Zillow】Zillow Home Value and Home Sales Forecast (November 2024)

Zillow expects home values to grow 2.4% over the next 12 months, and by 2.2% in the calendar year 2025. Although inventory will still be low compared to historical levels, it is expected to improve next year. Mortgage rates are forecast to fall next year, but only moderately, leading to a small affordability improvement.
